1.1 Statutory Consumer Rights

Under UK distance selling law for online orders, customers who are consumers (not buying for business use) have the right to cancel most purchases within 14 days from the day after delivery without giving a reason (“cooling-off period”). You must notify us within this time and then have 14 days to return the goods.

1.2 Our Returns Policy

We also offer returns under the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Faulty, Damaged or Not as Described:

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including the option of repair, replacement, or full refund.

1.3 Return Procedure

1. Contact customer service with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions.
3. Return goods in secure packaging with the RA clearly marked.

1.4 Refunds

Where a return is accepted:

• Refunds will be issued within 14 days upon receipt of the returned goods.
• We may require reasonable evidence of return postage if you choose to cover return shipping yourself.

1.5 Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a fault, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer — provided this is clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
